This is an organic coffee from the heart of Kintamani, Bali, Indonesia. Roasted to a medium-dark perfection, its profile reveals notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar. Grown by Kintamani's smallholder farmers, this Balian coffee features Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties. Elevated at 1200-1600 M on volcanic loam soils, every bean is handpicked, wet-hulled, and sun-dried on raised beds.
