How long do Guardian Coffee beans last and how should I store them?

To preserve the freshness and flavor of your coffee, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

Yes, please reach out to us as soon as possible if this is needed. As long as the order has not started the fulfillment process, then we can likely change your content and/or shipping address. Please note this has the potential to cause a slight delay in your ship date.

Yes, we offer wholesale/bulk pricing on various sized orders. We highly recommend placing smaller orders, more frequently. This will keep the coffee as fresh as possible.

Can I edit my coffee subscription?

Yes, it is very easy. Just login to your Customer Portal. You can edit your coffee subscription.

What is the difference between Guardian Coffee and the coffee I find at my local grocery store?

Grocery stores offer beans from some of the largest coffee companies in the world. This means it is next to impossible for them to fresh roast anything. There is no telling how long ago it was roasted and then packaged. There is also no telling what items other than coffee were ground up with it. We have a blog post about that very issue, here.

At Guardian Coffee, we use specialty grade beans that are responsibly sourced from around the world. We then do not roast your order until the day it ships, which ensures it will arrive exponentially more fresh and flavorful than anything you would find at a grocery store. You can literally smell the amazing aromas before you open your door or mailbox.

Absolutely! We are a veteran-owned and operated coffee company, and we take great pride in serving not only those those who have served our country, but first responders as well.

How quickly do you roast and ship orders?

We roast all orders on the same day they are received, ensuring you receive the freshest coffee possible. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we strive to get your coffee to you in just a few days from placing the order.

Yes, we offer a variety of single-origin coffees sourced from different regions around the world. Each one has its unique flavor profile and characteristics.
